Potter's Pantry Cafe

  Stopped for a coffee and fruit toast when holidaying in the area. Service was friendly and efficient. Fruit toast and coffee were both good , though coffee was slightly burnt.

I ended up spotting the... read more scones by the till and thought I would try out a cream tea.

The scones were large (you get 2) and fluffy. You get LASHINGS of clotted cream and local jam (which I could’ve eaten on its own with a spoon).

I also ordered Earl Grey instead of normal tea and this came as a lovely loose leaf, which I am always very appreciative of. Not only that, they had alternative milks! Huzzah!

Staff were friendly and there is also an outdoor seating area for those with dogs or thick skins.

Definitely coming here next time we are on holiday!!!

Like a lot of premises, it doesn’t display it’s opening times - that I could see, anyway.
I would come again next timeI’m in Tewantin - if it’s open, of course.

They sell the Turmeric mix and also home made chutney which is on the food served. They are trying a menu change, so we will have to see what is coming. The menu isn't huge but I find that better and they have a cabinet with items. Potters isn't a run of the mill cafe and offers something different and fresh in Tewantin. Nice touch with blankets during the cold. They have a frequent coffee card and all day breakfast item on the lunch menu so if you arrive after 11am its ok. I highly recommend it and haven't had a dish that was meh. Hopefully they will put the Baby bene on all day.

  I rarely get out but when I do I always go to Potter’s Pantry. Great food and beautiful staff. I really cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Our... read more son has a severe egg allergy, and they made him a berry smoothie and bacon sandwich, using a fresh pan and taking extra care to check all ingredients.
Coffee was amazing, definitely recommend.
